The neighbourhood is named Käpylä and it is among the most popular suburbs in Finland. It was built to the Olympic Games 1940, and it represents functionalistic architecture. Within a short walk you will also find an area of old wooden houses with lovely gardens. The place is easily reachable from the Helsinki centre by bus or by tram. Espoo, Vantaa, and the airport are conveniently connected by bus or by commuter train.
